Location:
This hotel lies atop a hillside and thus affords wonderful views out over the surrounding area. It is approximately 400 m to the nearest beach and a short distance to the centre of Agadir where a selection of bars and restaurants are to be found (around 10 minutes walk away). The modern complex is dotted with palm trees some and it is just a short 20-minute walk in the other direction to the Souk El Had (indoor market) where souvenirs may be purchases and it is possible to explore the local hangouts. The harbour is 3 km from the hotel and it is 25 km to Agadir Al Massira airport, which may be reached by car or taxi in just 18 minutes.
Standard room:
The rooms offer bright décor and colourful walls, white floors and patterned linens. Each comes with an en suite bathroom with a bathrobe and complimentary toiletries, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a king-sized bed, a private hire safe, central heating and a sitting area. Fridges are available on request. The furnished balconies are spacious and overlook the hotel gardens, pool or sea.
Sports / Entertainment:
There is a swimming pool, a children's pool and a sun terrace where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use in the outdoor complex. Leisure options include a full service health spa with a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a hammam and a range of massage and spa treatments for those who enjoy a little pampering. There is also a gym for keep-fit enthusiasts. The Pelikan pool bar serves an à la carte menu and drinks to quench swimmers' thirsts. Tennis, basketball and volleyball facilities are also available and a wide array of water sports may be tried out on Agadir's sandy beach, which is just 500 m from the hotel.
Food:
Guests may select their breakfast and evening meal from ample buffets; lunch may either be chosen from a menu or taken à la carte. Special dietary requirements and individual-specific dishes can be provided.
Observations:
Taxis are available outside of the hotel and have fixed daytime and night-time tariffs, which normally amount to 200 DHS. Hire cars with a chauffeur are available to the airport and drive to Agadir roughly every hour. The hotel lies 10 minutes walk from the centre of Agadir from when buses depart for destinations throughout Morocco.
